MuVino Cafe is a new and exciting wine bar in the heart of Albion. 

The QCC Group and its associated venues are home to Australia's premier business and leisure clubs and locations, unlocking an unmatched experience in hospitality, sport, social events, gourmet food and fine wine.

Our business is expanding, and we are looking for a qualified team of permanent part time baristas & waiter/waitress's. There may be an opportunity for additional promotions and duties across our venues for the right applicant. 

MuVino Cafe will be operating 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch with weekend dinners which will work on a rotating roster of staff. 

About the Role

Reporting to the Cafe Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality assistant to take their career to the next level. This role requires a hands-on approach, assisting the Cafe Managers with successful facilitation of our daily restaurant services, opening and closing procedures, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way. 

Your mature yet vibrant attitude will fit in well with our cohesive and welcoming workplace and culture. The right applicants will have a strong attention to detail, experience in a barista role and proficient in table a la carte service, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to work with a small team and seamlessly collaborate with our kitchen will be essential in delivering the standard of dining experience our guests have come to know and expect.  

About You

You are a dedicated hospitality professional with great attention to detail, possess a natural flair for service and style.

To be successful you will also possess excellent organisational skills, which will enable you to effectively prioritise competing requirements.

Additionally:

• Possess a positive attitude, able to encourage and motivate the team around you.
• Are flexible with workdays and hours from Monday through to Sundays.
• Possess a valid RSA.
• Have formal or previous barista training.
• Have similar experience and/or training in table service.
• Have at least 2 years hospitality experience and at least 1 years in a similar role.
